The Governor's Hotel is a Hotel and Catering Management Organization. It was incorporated in Nigeria in August 1998 but commenced official business on July 25, 2004. The Hotel is situated at Plot 294, Adeyemo Akapo Street Omole Estate Phase 1, Ogba-Isheri Road, Lagos.

The Governor's Hotel is set to revolutionize international standard in the Nigerian hospitality industry. The company is comprised of able, dedicated and seasoned professionals amongst whom are two young and versatile managers whose experience in hospitality practice spans over 5 years.

IMPETUS: It takes only a cursory look to discover that many hospitality establishment in Nigeria currently suffer from acute mismanagement, especially in the area of financial and operational controls as well as lacking a maintenance culture of facilities and standard. Their employees are largely untrained, equipment and facilities are in a shocking state despair.

In short, they can only attain, they cannot maintain. It is ironic though, that some of these establishment actually realize revenues today, which makes their owners to be further complacent. This is happening simply because hotels in Nigeria today are largely in the era of star-rated hotels. Only well managed hotels will survive the future.
